What, is he to whom We have promised a fair promise, and he receives it, like him to whom We have given the enjoyment of the present life, then he on the Resurrection Day shall be of those that are arraigned? 3314 28 62 ويوم يناديهم فيقول أين شركائي الذين كنتم تزعمون Upon the day when He shall call to them, and He shall say, 'Where now are My associates whom you were asserting?' 3315 28 63 قال الذين حق عليهم القول ربنا هؤلاء الذين أغوينا أغويناهم كما غوينا تبرأنا إليك ما كانوا إيانا يعبدون Those against whom the Word is realized they shall say, 'Our Lord, those whom we perverted, we perverted them even as we ourselves erred. We declare our innocence unto Thee; it was not us that they were serving.' 3316 28 64 وقيل ادعوا شركاءكم فدعوهم فلم يستجيبوا لهم ورأوا العذاب لو أنهم كانوا يهتدون It shall be said, 'Call you now upon your associates!' And they will call upon them, but they shall not answer them, and they shall see the chastisement-ah, if they had been guided! 3317 28 65 ويوم يناديهم فيقول ماذا أجبتم المرسلين Upon the day when He shall call to them, and He shall say, 'What answer gave you to the Envoys?' 3318 28 66 فعميت عليهم الأنباء يومئذ فهم لا يتساءلون Upon that day the tidings will be darkened for them, nor will they ask each other. 3319 28 67 فأما من تاب وآمن وعمل صالحا فعسى أن يكون من المفلحين But as for him who repents, and believes, and works righteousness, haply he shall be among the prosperers. 3320 28 68 وربك يخلق ما يشاء ويختار ما كان لهم الخيرة سبحان الله وتعالى عما يشركون Thy Lord creates whatsoever He will and He chooses; they have not the choice.
