| | | Then if they are patient, even then the fire is their home; and if they plead, none will listen to their pleading. |

4243 | 41 | 25 | وقيضنا لهم قرناء فزينوا لهم ما بين أيديهم وما خلفهم وحق عليهم القول في أمم قد خلت من قبلهم من الجن والإنس إنهم كانوا خاسرين |
| | | And We appointed companions for them, who made what is before them and what is after them seem good to them, and the Word proved true upon them along with the groups of jinns and men who passed away before them; they were indeed losers. |

4244 | 41 | 26 | وقال الذين كفروا لا تسمعوا لهذا القرآن والغوا فيه لعلكم تغلبون |
| | | And the disbelievers said, “Do not listen to this Qur’an and engulf it in noise – perhaps you may be victorious this way.” |

4245 | 41 | 27 | فلنذيقن الذين كفروا عذابا شديدا ولنجزينهم أسوأ الذي كانوا يعملون |
| | | So We will indeed make the disbelievers taste the severe punishment, and indeed We will repay them for their worst deeds. |

4246 | 41 | 28 | ذلك جزاء أعداء الله النار لهم فيها دار الخلد جزاء بما كانوا بآياتنا يجحدون |
| | | This is the recompense of Allah’s enemies – the fire; they have to stay in it forever; the penalty for denying Our signs. |

4247 | 41 | 29 | وقال الذين كفروا ربنا أرنا اللذين أضلانا من الجن والإنس نجعلهما تحت أقدامنا ليكونا من الأسفلين |
| | | And the disbelievers said, “Our Lord! Show us both – among jinns and men – who misled us, for us to put them beneath our feet so that they be the lowest of the low.” |

4248 | 41 | 30 | إن الذين قالوا ربنا الله ثم استقاموا تتنزل عليهم الملائكة ألا تخافوا ولا تحزنوا وأبشروا بالجنة التي كنتم توعدون |
| | | Indeed those who said, “Allah is our Lord” and remained firm upon it – upon them descend the angels, (saying), “Do not fear nor grieve, and be happy for the Paradise which you are promised.” |

4249 | 41 | 31 | نحن أولياؤكم في الحياة الدنيا وفي الآخرة ولكم فيها ما تشتهي أنفسكم ولكم فيها ما تدعون |
| | | “We are your friends in the life of this world and in the Hereafter; in it for you is all that you may wish for, and for you is all what you ask.” |

| | | “The hospitality of the Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful.” |

4251 | 41 | 33 | ومن أحسن قولا ممن دعا إلى الله وعمل صالحا وقال إنني من المسلمين |
| | | And whose speech is better than one who calls towards his Lord and does righteous deeds, and says, “I am a Muslim.”? |
