Then to your Lord you will be returned.” 3515 32 12 ولو ترى إذ المجرمون ناكسو رءوسهم عند ربهم ربنا أبصرنا وسمعنا فارجعنا نعمل صالحا إنا موقنون If only you could see the guilty, bowing their heads before their Lord: “Our Lord, we have seen and we have heard, so send us back, and we will act righteously; we are now convinced.” 3516 32 13 ولو شئنا لآتينا كل نفس هداها ولكن حق القول مني لأملأن جهنم من الجنة والناس أجمعين Had We willed, We could have given every soul its guidance, but the declaration from Me will come true: “I will fill Hell with jinn and humans, altogether.” 3517 32 14 فذوقوا بما نسيتم لقاء يومكم هذا إنا نسيناكم وذوقوا عذاب الخلد بما كنتم تعملون So taste, because you forgot the meeting of this Day of yours; We have forgotten you; so taste the eternal torment for what you used to do. 3518 32 15 إنما يؤمن بآياتنا الذين إذا ذكروا بها خروا سجدا وسبحوا بحمد ربهم وهم لا يستكبرون They believe in Our communications, those who, when reminded of them, fall down prostrate, and glorify their Lord with praise, and are not proud. 3519 32 16 تتجافى جنوبهم عن المضاجع يدعون ربهم خوفا وطمعا ومما رزقناهم ينفقون Their sides shun their beds, as they pray to their Lord, out of reverence and hope; and from Our provisions to them, they give. 3520 32 17 فلا تعلم نفس ما أخفي لهم من قرة أعين جزاء بما كانوا يعملون No soul knows what eye’s delight awaits them—a reward for what they used to do. 3521 32 18 أفمن كان مؤمنا كمن كان فاسقا لا يستوون Is someone who is faithful like someone who is a sinner? They are not equal. 3522 32 19 أما الذين آمنوا وعملوا الصالحات فلهم جنات المأوى نزلا بما كانوا يعملون As for those who believe and do righteous deeds, for them are the Gardens of Shelter—hospitality for what they used to do. 3523 32 20 وأما الذين فسقوا فمأواهم النار كلما أرادوا أن يخرجوا منها أعيدوا فيها وقيل لهم ذوقوا عذاب النار الذي كنتم به تكذبون But as for those who transgressed, their shelter is the Fire.
