(The disbelievers are referred to as blind.) 3463 30 54 الله الذي خلقكم من ضعف ثم جعل من بعد ضعف قوة ثم جعل من بعد قوة ضعفا وشيبة يخلق ما يشاء وهو العليم القدير It is Allah Who created you weak, then after weakness gave you strength, then after strength gave you weakness and old age; He creates whatever He wills; and only He is the All Knowing, the Able. 3464 30 55 ويوم تقوم الساعة يقسم المجرمون ما لبثوا غير ساعة كذلك كانوا يؤفكون And on the day when the Last Day is established, the guilty will swear that they did not stay except for an hour; this is how they keep straying. 3465 30 56 وقال الذين أوتوا العلم والإيمان لقد لبثتم في كتاب الله إلى يوم البعث فهذا يوم البعث ولكنكم كنتم لا تعلمون And said those who received knowledge and faith, “You have indeed stayed in the decree of Allah until the Day of Restoration; so this is the Day of Restoration, but you did not know.” 3466 30 57 فيومئذ لا ينفع الذين ظلموا معذرتهم ولا هم يستعتبون So on that day the unjust will not benefit from their excuses, nor will anyone ask them for compensation. 3467 30 58 ولقد ضربنا للناس في هذا القرآن من كل مثل ولئن جئتهم بآية ليقولن الذين كفروا إن أنتم إلا مبطلون And indeed We have illustrated all kinds of examples in this Qur’an for mankind; and indeed if you bring a sign to them, the disbelievers will say, “You are upon nothing but falsehood.” 3468 30 59 كذلك يطبع الله على قلوب الذين لا يعلمون This is how Allah sets seal upon the hearts of the ignorant. 3469 30 60 فاصبر إن وعد الله حق ولا يستخفنك الذين لا يوقنون Therefore patiently endure, indeed the promise of Allah is true; and may not those who do not have faith make you impatient. 3470 31 1 بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الم Alif-Lam-Meem.
