It is incumbent on Us to help the believers. 3457 30 48 الله الذي يرسل الرياح فتثير سحابا فيبسطه في السماء كيف يشاء ويجعله كسفا فترى الودق يخرج من خلاله فإذا أصاب به من يشاء من عباده إذا هم يستبشرون God is He who sends the winds. They stir up clouds. Then He spreads them in the sky as He wills. And He breaks them apart. Then you see rain drops issuing from their midst. Then, when He makes it fall upon whom He wills of His servants, behold, they rejoice. 3458 30 49 وإن كانوا من قبل أن ينزل عليهم من قبله لمبلسين Although they were before this—before it was sent down upon them—in despair. 3459 30 50 فانظر إلى آثار رحمت الله كيف يحيي الأرض بعد موتها إن ذلك لمحيي الموتى وهو على كل شيء قدير So observe the effects of God’s mercy—how He revives the earth after it was dead. Indeed, He is the Reviver of the dead. He is Capable of everything. 3460 30 51 ولئن أرسلنا ريحا فرأوه مصفرا لظلوا من بعده يكفرون But if We send a wind, and they see it turning things yellow, they would continue thereafter to disbelieve. 3461 30 52 فإنك لا تسمع الموتى ولا تسمع الصم الدعاء إذا ولوا مدبرين You cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf hear the call when they turn away. 3462 30 53 وما أنت بهاد العمي عن ضلالتهم إن تسمع إلا من يؤمن بآياتنا فهم مسلمون Nor can you guide the blind out of their error. You can make hear only those who believe in Our signs, and so have submitted. 3463 30 54 الله الذي خلقكم من ضعف ثم جعل من بعد ضعف قوة ثم جعل من بعد قوة ضعفا وشيبة يخلق ما يشاء وهو العليم القدير God is He Who created you weak, then after weakness gave you strength, then after strength gave you weakness and gray hair. He creates whatever He wills.
