| | | Those are their empty houses which We ruined because of their injustice. In this there is evidence (of the truth) for the people of knowledge. |

| 3214 | 27 | 55 | أئنكم لتأتون الرجال شهوة من دون النساء بل أنتم قوم تجهلون |
| | | Do you have carnal relations with men rather than women? You are ignorant people". |

| 3215 | 27 | 56 | فما كان جواب قومه إلا أن قالوا أخرجوا آل لوط من قريتكم إنهم أناس يتطهرون |
| | | His people had no answer but to say, "Expel Lot and his family from the town for they want to be pure." |

| | | We saved (Lot) and his family except his wife who was destined to remain behind. |

| | | We sent to them a terrible rainstorm. How horrible was the rain for the people who had already received warning. |
