I am wont not to resolve on any affair until ye are present with me. 3192 27 33 قالوا نحن أولو قوة وأولو بأس شديد والأمر إليك فانظري ماذا تأمرين They said: we are owners of power and owners of great violence, but the command is with thee; see then whatsoever thou shalt command. 3193 27 34 قالت إن الملوك إذا دخلوا قرية أفسدوها وجعلوا أعزة أهلها أذلة وكذلك يفعلون She said: verily the kings, when they enter a City, despoil it, and make the most powerful inhabitants thereof the most abased; so will they do. 3194 27 35 وإني مرسلة إليهم بهدية فناظرة بم يرجع المرسلون So verily I am going to send a present unto them, and see with what answer the envoys come back. 3195 27 36 فلما جاء سليمان قال أتمدونن بمال فما آتاني الله خير مما آتاكم بل أنتم بهديتكم تفرحون Then when he came unto Sulaiman, he said: are ye going to add riches to me. Then that which Allah hath vouchsafed unto me is better than that which He hath vouchsafed unto you.
