| | | Those who will be gathered to Hell on their faces, such will be in an evil state, and most astray from the path. |

2890 | 25 | 35 | ولقد آتينا موسى الكتاب وجعلنا معه أخاه هارون وزيرا |
| | | And indeed We gave Musa the Scripture, and placed his brother Harun with him as a helper; |

2891 | 25 | 36 | فقلنا اذهبا إلى القوم الذين كذبوا بآياتنا فدمرناهم تدميرا |
| | | And We said: "Go you both to the people who have denied Our Ayat." Then We destroyed them with utter destruction. |

2892 | 25 | 37 | وقوم نوح لما كذبوا الرسل أغرقناهم وجعلناهم للناس آية وأعتدنا للظالمين عذابا أليما |
| | | And Nuh's people, when they denied the Messengers, We drowned them, and We made them as a sign for mankind. And We have prepared a painful torment for the wrongdoers. |

2893 | 25 | 38 | وعادا وثمود وأصحاب الرس وقرونا بين ذلك كثيرا |
| | | And (also) `Ad and Thamud, and the Dwellers of Ar-Rass, and many generations in between. |

2894 | 25 | 39 | وكلا ضربنا له الأمثال وكلا تبرنا تتبيرا |
| | | And for each We put forward examples, and each We brought to utter ruin. |

2895 | 25 | 40 | ولقد أتوا على القرية التي أمطرت مطر السوء أفلم يكونوا يرونها بل كانوا لا يرجون نشورا |
| | | And indeed they have passed by the town on which was rained the evil rain. Did they not then see it Nay! But they used not to expect any resurrection. |

2896 | 25 | 41 | وإذا رأوك إن يتخذونك إلا هزوا أهذا الذي بعث الله رسولا |
| | | And when they see you, they treat you only in mockery (saying): "Is this the one whom Allah has sent as a Messenger" |

2897 | 25 | 42 | إن كاد ليضلنا عن آلهتنا لولا أن صبرنا عليها وسوف يعلمون حين يرون العذاب من أضل سبيلا |
| | | "He would have nearly misled us from our gods, had it not been that we were patient and constant in their worship!" And they will know, when they see the torment, who it is that is most astray from the path! |

2898 | 25 | 43 | أرأيت من اتخذ إلهه هواه أفأنت تكون عليه وكيلا |
| | | Have you seen him who has taken as his god his own vain desire Would you then be a guardian over him |
