(* That was destroyed after being warned.) 1463 10 99 ولو شاء ربك لآمن من في الأرض كلهم جميعا أفأنت تكره الناس حتى يكونوا مؤمنين And if your Lord willed, all those who are in the earth – everyone of them – would have accepted faith; so will you (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) force the people until they become Muslims? 1464 10 100 وما كان لنفس أن تؤمن إلا بإذن الله ويجعل الرجس على الذين لا يعقلون And no soul can accept faith except by the command of Allah; and He sets the punishment upon those who do not have sense. 1465 10 101 قل انظروا ماذا في السماوات والأرض وما تغني الآيات والنذر عن قوم لا يؤمنون Proclaim, “Observe what is in the heavens and the earth”; and the signs and the Noble Messengers do not benefit the people who are not destined to believe. 1466 10 102 فهل ينتظرون إلا مثل أيام الذين خلوا من قبلهم قل فانتظروا إني معكم من المنتظرين So what are they waiting for, except the days similar to the days of those who passed away before them? Say, “Then wait! I too am waiting with you.” 1467 10 103 ثم ننجي رسلنا والذين آمنوا كذلك حقا علينا ننج المؤمنين Then We shall save Our Noble Messengers and the believers – this is it; it is incumbent upon Our mercy to save the Muslims. 1468 10 104 قل يا أيها الناس إن كنتم في شك من ديني فلا أعبد الذين تعبدون من دون الله ولكن أعبد الله الذي يتوفاكم وأمرت أن أكون من المؤمنين Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “O people!
